A tumour-derived organoid biobank maps cancer gene dependencies

This talk is part of the Organoid Club and MaLiS Club Seminars.
Carmen led a large CRISPR Screening campaign in colorectal cancer organoids to link genomic features to cancer vulnerabilities. This work started to expand the Cancer Dependency Map (DepMap) into organoid cell models. Her work bridges physiological cancer models with high-throughput genome editing and sophisticated computational analysis.
